Refunds
⁃ We unfortunately do not offer refunds

Exchange
⁃ In the case of exchange, only a damaged outfit (i.e torn fabric) and incorrect items would be exchanged. Kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. This does not cover outfits purchased on sale, custom made or altered designs.

Sizing
⁃ If you receive an outfit different from the size you ordered, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. A replacement would be processed within 3 working days. Please send picture evidence showing a tape rule placed over the bust, waist and hip of the outfit to allow us verify that this is indeed the case.
⁃ In the case where a customer orders the wrong outfit size or sends us wrong measurements, the customer will bare the cost of shipping to and from us. A re-size fee will also be charged. This is only possible if the outfit ordered can be resized to fit the correct size or measurement. This does not cover outfits purchased on sale.
⁃ Always refer to our size chart before placing an order. We accept measurements too.

Sale
⁃ Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or resized.

Price Adjustment
⁃ Our outfit prices change in response to increased cost of our production.

Cancellation
⁃ Unfortunately we do not accept cancellations after payment has been made.
