Refund policy

All products are produced only upon order because of our slow fashion and sustainability values.

Refunds

• We advise our customers to make intentional purchases as all orders made are final. We offer store credit for eligible returns

 

Returns & Exchange

• We offer a replacement of the same product and same size for damaged or defective products upon arrival. Kindly notify us within 48 hours after receiving your order. We will request for picture and video evidence. Kindly note that this is treated on a case by case basis.

 

Sizing 

• In the case where a customer orders the wrong outfit size or share an incorrect
  measurements, the customer will bare the cost of shipping and a re-size fee will be charged. This is only possible if the outfit ordered can be re-sized to fit the correct size or measurement. 

Sale 

• All Sale purchase are final.

Cancellation 

• We do not accept cancellations after payment has been made. However, we can make alterations if we haven’t started production of the garment.
