Shipping policy

We ship worldwide with DHL Express, FedEx and Aramex through a third party handling
company. We provide a tracking number for every order and we expect customers to use the tracking number to ensure delivery is completed.

We are not liable to pay additional fees if needed due to failed delivery attempt.

Taxes and duties charges are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Production Time

Each hand crafted piece takes 10 to 15 business days to produce in-house. Any piece the require more than 15 business will be highlighted under the product details section. 

UK delivery – 3 to 4 business days

USA & CANADA delivery - 4 to 5 business days

NIGERIAN delivery – 1 to 3 business days

AFRICA and rest of the world – 5 to 8 business days

All deliveries that cross international borders are subject to being checked by the appropriate authorities in the importing country.

Duties and taxes charge vary between countries. We are not responsible for duties and taxes fees. It is paid for by the customer.
