Consultation

Measurements will be taken virtually during your consultation. Please have a soft measuring tape available for accurate sizing. We will guide you step-by-step through the process.

For quality assurance, your finished outfit may also be fitted on a model of similar measurements
before delivery.

In case of noticeable weight loss or gain during the process of making your outfit, kindly inform us in good time as we may not be able to make adjustments accordingly if we have proceeded past the pattern drafting stage and extra fees may be required to have this done.

• A 65% deposit is required before we begin work on your custom design.

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 business days before shipping.

Shipping and delivery fees are standalone and charged separately.

• Standard production time after initial deposit is 4 weeks and above, depending on number of outfits and design complexity.

• Express service may be available for fast-tracked items, subject to additional fees and feasibility.

Payment confirms your place in our production schedule and allows us to source materials and begin creation.

All designs are custom-made to order, crafted specifically for each client. Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds nor accept returns.
